Hotel Details:

Transportation :

• The places visited once will not be repeated. Places not mentioned in the above Itinerary or going to the same place 02ndtime is chargeable (extra)
• All tourist vehicle arranged by skyline are in fairly good condition, but there is no guarantee that vehicle arranged would be brand new.
• Ac/TV/music system in vehicle will not be operated when you are on the hilly area.
• In case of any breakdown or emergency, vehicle may get changed and best available vehicle will be provided to guest. It may take few hours to arrange other vehicle in such cases and there may be change in itinerary due to such issues.
• Guest has to follow all rules and condition given by vehicle driver, like no drink and food inside vehicle, no music or ac on hilly area, vehicle drive timings etc.
• Any change in the pax size will affect the costing
• After returning back from sightseeing, driver will not be at our disposal.

Accommodation :

• Hill station properties have partial a/c rooms. The above quoted rate for these destinations are of Non A/c rooms. In case if guests want to use A/c Rooms, they can pay the difference of cost directly at the hotel.
• Heater charges in hotel rooms are not included in given cost. Some hotels provide such facility at free of cost whereas some hotels give it on chargeable basis. Client has to pay such charges at hotels if any.
• Valid original government photo id proof (Aadhar card, passport, driving license, voter ID card) are mandatory for all adult and child above 5 yrs. without id proofs, hotels will not allow any check-in. id proof must contain holder’s photo and resident address.
• Rooms will be allotted based on availability at time of check in by guest. There is no surety of double bed or twin bed, as well as all rooms on same floor or nearby each other. From skyline, we can put strong request to hotel for room locations and bed type at time of booking, but it cannot be guaranteed at time booking.
• Hotels must be checked by client properly before final booking confirmation. Room types, room size, in room service, view from the room and online reviews must be thoroughly checked and discussed before final booking.
• Check in and check-out time must be checked by guest at time of hotel check in. Any deviation in check out time may attract additional charges by hotels and client has to pay it at hotels only as per actual. Skyline is not responsible for any late check-out and early check in.
• We are not holding any bookings. Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of actual booking
• Early check in & late check outs are not guaranteed. The same is subject to availability
• Any events or exhibitions falling during the period of stay, additional charges will apply
• Similar Hotels will be provided in case of non-availability of above-mentioned hotels.
• Additional surcharge will be applied if travel date falls during events, exhibition or peak season

Food:

• Menu for breakfast and dinner buffet is decided as per hotel policy and can be change by hotel management without any notice. Any additional requirement of food items will be chargeable as per hotel policy, so any issues or objection related to food taste and menu will not be entertained by skyline holidays and there won’t be any refund against it.
• Any single gravy item will be provided in non-veg meal, it cannot be changed by us. (not applicable for pure veg hotel)

Tour Plan & Itinerary : 

• There may be change in itinerary as well as confirmed hotels due to natural calamities like land slide, earth quake, flood as well as road or area blocking due to riots, local authority restriction etc. in such scenario, skyline has all rights to choose another appropriate route and hotel and client has to abide to the same.
• Tour itinerary may also get changed or partially cancelled due to any breakdown / accident in tourist vehicle or any other emergency.

Flights :

• Must be check the status of the flight before 48 hours of the departure.
• Web check in will be responsibility of client only before 24 hours.
• In corporate ticket, meal will be decided by airline only we can’t change it.
• Passengers having excess baggage over 15 Kgs per person in check in baggage & 07 Kgs in hand luggage are liable

• 45 – 30 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50 % of tour cost  (Excluding of GST)
• 29 – 15 Days Prior to Departure Date: 75 % of tour cost  (Excluding of GST)
• Within 14 days of Departure Date – 100 % tour cost will be Non-Refundable. (Excluding of GST)
