Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID and Registered Contact Details.
  • If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email/SMS, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days.
