Customers who wish to provide feedback or send their complaint may use the following channels between 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. on a Working Day and can lodge their Grievance through any of the following methods:

If a customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Company in the specified period, the customer can escalate the issue to:
