Day 1: Fly to Capetown. Welcome to South Africa.

  • Hotel: Hotel Cresta Grand or similar in Cape Town
  • Meals: Dinner
  • On arrival at Capetown you will be greeted by local representative outside the baggage hall and proceed to the hotel. (Standard Check-in time is 1500hrs) .

Day 2: Visit Cape of Good Hope - Cruise to Hout Bay (weather permitting) - Funicular Ride at Cape Point. View the African penguins at Boulder's beach - Drive pass the Simon's Town.

  • Hotel: Hotel Cresta Grand or similar in Cape Town
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Proceed to full day tour of Cape Peninsula. Enjoy Hout Bay Cruise to see Cape Fur seals. Drive pass the Chapman's Peak. Drivepass Simon's Town. Visit Penguins colony at Boulders beach. Take Funicular ride to the light house at Cape Point. Photostop at Cape of Good Hope.

Day 3: City tour of Cape Town - Cable Car ride to Table Mountain

  • Hotel: Hotel Cresta Grand or similar in Cape Town
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Proceed to the top of Table Mountain via a 360 Degree Cable Car (weather permitting). Visit Victoria and the Alfred waterfront , enroute drive past Green Market square, District Six, Company Gardens, and Houses of the Parliament, the City Hall, the Castle and Slave Lodge.

Day 4: On to Garden Route. Orientation Tour of Hermanus

  • Hotel: Hotel Diaz or similar in Mosselbay
  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
  • Check-out and start your journey to Garden Route via Hermanus. On arrival in Hermanus enjoy a walking / panoramic tour around the Scenic Town. Later proceed towards George.

Day 5: Today visit Oudtshoorn - 'The Feather Capital of the World'. Visit the Cango Caves, Ostrich Farm.

  • Hotel: Hotel Diaz or similar in Mosselbay
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Proceed to Oudtshoorn. Visit Cango caves. Proceed to the Ostrich Farm.

Day 6: Safari Game Drive at Garden Route Game Lodge

  • Hotel: Hotel Diaz or similar in Mosselbay
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • After breakfast, transfer to Garden Route Game Lodge. Game Drive 2 to 3 Hrs included at Game Lodge around 11:00 am. Lunch will be served at Garden Route Game Lodge after Game Drive. Proceed to Mossel Bay.

Day 7: Fly to Johannesburg. Orientation tour of Johannesburg

  • Hotel: Hotel Peermont Metcourt or similar at Johannesburg
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Take a flight from George airport to Johannesburg. Panoramic city tour of Johannesburg.

Day 8: Tour Ends. Fly Back.

  • Meals: Breakfast
  • Check out. Proceed to airport. Fly Back.

TCS would be credited directly to a bank account or adjusted with income tax obligations,
once you file the Income tax return for the respective financial year.

Presently TCS rate is 5% for Tour packages less than 10 lakh and 20% for 10 lakh or above
[Section 206C(1G) of Income Tax Act, 1961]

The present package cost is given considering 5% TCS

In case TCS is applicable @ 20%, the EMI Plan and Interest may change accordingly.

  • All local taxes including services taxes as of 1st June, 2025.
  • Cost of Visa and Medical Insurance for the duration of the tour.
  • Sightseeing, accommodation and services as per the above-mentioned itinerary.
  • All transfers and excursions inclusive of entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned van/coach.
  • Professional services of a friendly and multilingual Tour Manager (Subject to minimum 30 customers) or a local Representative.
  • GST and TCS

Exclusions

  • If you wish to travel in advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable. Kindly note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 Days prior to departure date.
  • Mandatory Tipping for Ontour Services (Coach Driver, Local Guides etc). It is mandatory to pay USD 3 per person/per day . Our local representative will be collecting the same on Day 1 of the Tour.
  • Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 1st June 2025).
  • PCR test in India and South Africa.
  • Applicable Government Taxes and other service charges.
  • The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.
  • Compulsory tips.
  • Porterage Facility.
  • Any other expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, mini-bar, mineral water, telephone charges, foods and beverages that are not included as a part of the package.
  • Additional Meals which is not specifically included in the above itinerary.
  • Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the above itinerary.
