Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID and Registered Contact Details.
• If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Cancellation by NJ EMI Store

NJ EMI Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Errors in pricing or product information.
• Payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent transaction.
• Incomplete or invalid delivery details.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email/SMS, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days.

GST Invoice

A valid GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every purchase made through the NJ EMI Store.

• Customers requiring a business invoice under a registered GST number must provide valid GST details at the time of placing the order.
