This 5-day journey curated by Thomas Cook takes you through the spiritual and historical heart of Gujarat, covering Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Porbandar, and Somnath.
Daily Itinerary
- Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad
- Transfer : Arrive in Ahmedabad and transfer to your hotel.
- Sightseeing :
- Akshardham Temple : Located in Gandhinagar; closed on Mondays.
- Sidi Sayed Mosque : A famous mosque built in 1573.
- Hatheesing Temple : An ornate Jain temple built outside Delhi gate in 1850.
- Gandhi Ashram : A beautiful ashram complex open from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Adalaj Stepwell : An architectural wonder built by Queen Rudabai.
- Stay : Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
- Day 2: Ahmedabad – Jamnagar – Dwarka
- Morning : Depart for Dwarka after breakfast.
- Bala Hanuman Temple (Jamnagar) : Visit en-route; famous for continuous "Jai Ram, Shri Ram" chanting since 1964, which is recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records.
- Dwarkadhish Temple : Visit the temple and attend the evening Aarti Darshan.
- Stay : Overnight stay at Dwarka.
- Day 3: Dwarka Exploration
- Rituals : Attend early morning Aarti at Dwarkadhish temple.
- Key Visits :
- Bet Dwarka : Located 5 km from Okha; believed to be where Lord Krishna lived with his family.
- Nageshwar Jyotirling : One of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas representing Lord Shiva.
- Rukmani Temple : Dedicated to the wife of Lord Krishna.
- Stay : Overnight stay at Dwarka.
- Day 4: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath
- Porbandar :
- Kirti Temple : The birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, including a museum and his study room.
- Sudama Temple : Dedicated to the house and birthplace of Sudama.
- Somnath :
- Somnath Temple : Attend evening Aarti at this Jyotirling built by the Moon God.
- Entertainment : Enjoy the Light and Sound show.
- Stay : Overnight stay at Somnath.
- Day 5: Somnath – Ahmedabad Departure
- Departure : Drive back to Ahmedabad after breakfast for transfer to the airport or railway station.

- Daily Breakfast is included, except on Day 1.
- Supplement Dinner Cost: INR 2,499 per person for Standard or INR 3,050 for Value packages.

Important Things to Note
- Room Policy : Only one extra bed (mattress/roll-over) is allowed per room.
- Check-in/out : Check-in is at 14:00 Hrs and Check-out is at 10:00 Hrs.
- Statue of Unity : Diesel vehicles are not permitted; sightseeing is via internal SIC buses only.
- ID Requirement : A valid photo ID is mandatory for all members during the tour.
- Vehicle Protocol : Vehicles are on a point-to-point basis and not at disposal
