Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID and Registered Contact Details.
• If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Cancellation by NJ EMI Store

NJ EMI Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Errors in pricing or product information.
• Payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent transaction.
• Incomplete or invalid delivery details.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email/SMS, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) Policy

GST Inclusion

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST, unless mentioned otherwise. Customers will not be charged any additional tax beyond the listed price.

GST Invoice

A valid GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every purchase made through the NJ EMI Store.

• The invoice will include details such as the GSTIN, tax breakup, and product description.
• Customers requiring a business invoice under a registered GST number must provide valid GST details at the time of placing the order.

GST Rate

GST rates applied to each product are as per the current Government norms, depending on the product category. Any change in tax rates by the Government will be reflected automatically in the product pricing.
