Cancellation Policy

• Post order acceptance, the order can be cancelled only in case of non delivery of the product, due to product unavailability which is duly acknowledged & where the sale proceeds, if remitted, are refunded by the Merchant / Manufacturer. Please refer to the loan agreement and loan term sheet for conditions and terms governing loan cancellations and refunds if applicable.
  
• Product quality, warranty and after sales service shall be the sole responsibility of the Merchant/Manufacturer and no claims relating to the same shall be entertained by NJ Capital Private Limited.
  

GST Credit Guidelines

• The GST credit is available only to sole proprietary firms.
  
• In case an incorrect GST details are provided during order placement; the customer may miss the credit on the purchase for which NJ Capital Private Limited should not be held liable.
  
• The details once provided cannot be changed to the order.
  
• GST credit will be available only on purchase of product through Vijay Sales.
