Post order acceptance, the order can be cancelled only in case of non delivery of the product, due to product unavailability which is duly acknowledged & where the sale proceeds, if remitted, are refunded by the Merchant / Manufacturer. Please refer to the loan agreement and loan term sheet for conditions and terms governing loan cancellations and refunds if applicable.
Product quality, warranty and after sales service shall be the sole responsibility of the Merchant/Manufacturer and no claims relating to the same shall be entertained by NJ Capital Private Limited.
GST Credit Guidelines
The GST credit is available only to sole proprietary firms.
In case an incorrect GST details are provided during order placement; the customer may miss the credit on the purchase for which NJ Capital Private Limited should not be held liable.
The details once provided cannot be changed to the order.
GST credit will be available only on purchase of product through Vijay Sales.
