Daily Itinerary
- Day 1: Dehradun Arrival: Transfer from the airport to the hotel (Hyatt Centric or similar) for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Day 2: Yamunotri: Fly from Sahastradhara Helipad to Kharsali. A Palki (Sedan Chair) is provided for the 5-hour Darshan at Yamunotri Temple.
- Day 3: Gangotri: Fly to Harsil and transfer by shared vehicle for Darshan at the Gangotri Temple. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure in the scenic surroundings.
- Day 4: Kedarnath: Fly to Kedarnath (with a changeover at Sersi/Phata/Sitapur) for Darshan. Return to Sersi/Phata/Sitapur for an overnight stay.
- Day 5: Badrinath: Fly to Badrinath for Temple Darshan, followed by a day trip to the historic Mana Village .
- Day 6: Dehradun Departure: Fly back to the Sahastradhara Helipad. A vehicle will provide a drop-off at the Dehradun airport for onward journeys scheduled after 1800 hrs.

- Meals: Full board including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (except lunch on arrival day).
- Special Assistance: Palki at Yamunotri and priority Darshan assistance at Yamunotri and Gangotri.
Critical Guidelines - Body Weight: Passengers must provide their actual weight. The average limit is 75 kg per person . Weights exceeding this incur a charge of ₹2,500 per kg plus GST. If the declared weight is exceeded by more than 2 kg at travel time, the operator may de-board the guest without a refund.
- Baggage: Helicopter seating is limited to 6 passengers with a total maximum weight capacity of 450 kg.
- Mandatory Registration: All pilgrims must provide a registration slip from the official Uttarakhand government portal.
- Weather Conditions: All flights are strictly subject to weather, government regulations, and technical factors.
Exclusions - Transport: Airfare/Train fare to and from Dehradun.
- Personal Costs: Laundry, tips, telephone calls, camera fees, and medical insurance.
- Hotel Facilities: Heaters and blowers are generally not available in hotels during the Yatra.
