Itinerary Highlights
- Day 1: Welcome to Leh – Arrival at Leh Airport (11,000 ft) and full day for high-altitude acclimatization.
- Day 2: Sham Valley Tour – Visit Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Sangam (confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers), and Shanti Stupa.
- Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley – Drive via Khardung La Pass (18,832 ft); visit Hunder sand dunes and see double-hump Bactrian camels.
- Day 4: Turtuk Excursion – Visit the remote village of Turtuk near the Line of Control, recently opened to tourists.
- Day 5: Nubra to Pangong – Drive to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), the world's highest saltwater lake.
- Day 6: Pangong to Leh – Return to Leh; visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace along the way.
- Day 7: Departure – Transfer to Leh Airport for return flight.
