Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Kuala Lumpur (Arrival & City Tour)
- Arrive in Malaysia and transfer to the hotel (Standard check-in time is after 15:00 hrs) .
- In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Kuala Lumpur featuring photo stops at the Istana Negara (New King's Palace), National Monument, Merdeka Square, and the Petronas Twin Towers .
- Note: All guests must fill out the Malaysian Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) prior to entry .
- Accommodation: Hotel Metro or similar in Kuala Lumpur .
- Meals: Dinner .
Day 2: Genting Highlands & Batu Caves Excursion
- After breakfast, head to the Skyway cable car station for a scenic two-way ride to Genting Highlands .
- Spend time exploring the outdoor Skyworld Theme Park .
- On the return journey, stop to visit the historic Batu Caves .
- Accommodation: Hotel Metro or similar in Kuala Lumpur .
- Meals: Breakfast and Dinner .
Day 3: Kuala Lumpur (Day at Leisure)
- Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore the city independently, or opt for an optional excursion to Sunway Lagoon .

Day 4: Drive to Singapore
- Check out after breakfast and take a road transfer to Singapore .
- Arrive at the hotel and check in (Standard check-in time is after 15:00 hrs) .
- Note: Guests must hand-carry their own luggage through Singapore Customs as porters are unavailable . Prohibited items are strictly checked . All guests are required to submit the SG Arrival Card via the ICA application .

Day 5: Singapore City Tour & Gardens by the Bay
- Morning guided city tour driving past Suntec City, the Business District, Chinatown, and Orchard Road, with photo stops at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Merlion Park .
- Visit Gardens by the Bay, including entry to the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest Dome (featuring Jurassic World) .
- Rest of the day is at leisure, or you can join an optional half-day Sentosa tour .

Day 6: Universal Studios Singapore
- Dedicate the day to experiencing Universal Studios Singapore (included in the package) .
- An optional excursion to the Singapore Oceanarium is also available .

Day 7: Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight back home .

Key Terms, Payments & Cancellation
- Booking & Deadlines: For South East Asia, a minimum booking deposit of INR 50,000 per person is standard . 50% of the tour cost must be paid 60 days prior to departure, and full 100% clearance is required 30 days prior to departure .
- TCS Compliance: A 2% Tax Collection at Source (TCS) applies to outbound packages under section 394(1) of the Income Tax Act, 2025 . This will reflect in Form 168 of the I.T. Rules 2026 and is non-refundable by the tour company upon trip cancellation .
- Cancellations: Standard cancellations for South East Asia trips attract a 50% fee if finalized 46 days or more before travel, increasing to 100% if cancelled within 0 to 7 days of the departure date
