Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Da Nang (Arrival & Check-In)
- On arrival at Da Nang International Airport, meet your representative and transfer to the hotel.
- Standard check-in time is after 15:00 hrs. Rest of the day is at leisure.
- Accommodation: Mandila Beach Hotel / Bluesun Hotel / Paracel Beach or similar in Da Nang.
- Meals: Dinner.
Day 2: Exploring Da Nang & Hoi An Ancient Town
- Morning visit to Monkey Mountain to see the Lady Buddha Statue and Linh Ung Pagoda.
- Visit Marble Mountain, including Hell's Cave (Huyen Khong Cave) and Tam Thai Pagoda.
- Head to Cam Thanh Village for a basket boat ride through the coconut jungle forest.
- Discover Hoi An Ancient Town (Japanese Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, ancient houses) followed by a boat ride with lantern releasing on the river.
- Accommodation: Mandila Beach Hotel / Bluesun Hotel / Paracel Beach or similar in Da Nang.
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 3: Ba Na Hills Day Excursion
- Travel to Ba Na Hills and take the cable car to the hill station.
- Visit the famous Golden Bridge, old villas, French stable, Tinh Tam Garden, Linh Ung Pagoda, Loc Uyen Garden, and Quan Am Pavilion.
- Spend time at the indoor Fantasy Park amusement park (Wax Museum entry not included).
- Evening photo stop at the Dragon Bridge on the way back.

Day 4: Flight to Hanoi & City Tour
- Check out and fly from Da Nang to Hanoi.
- Upon arrival, enjoy a guided city tour featuring an outside view of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a visit to the One Pillar Pagoda, and a traditional Cyclo ride around the Old Quarter.

- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 5: Cruise Experience (Ha Long Bay or Lan Ha Bay)
- Check out and drive to the coast, stopping at a Pearl Farm en route.
- Option A (Ha Long Bay): Board an overnight cruise. Sail through the bay, visit Surprise Caves and Ti Top Island. Enjoy beach time or hike for a panoramic view.
- Option B (Lan Ha Bay): Board an overnight cruise. Sail through Lan Ha Bay, visit Dark & Bright Cave, and enjoy free time by the water.
- Enjoy a sunset view from the sundeck.
- Accommodation: Golden Cruise / La Regina Royal Cruise / Victory Star Cruise / Verdure Cruise / Indochina Sails Cruise / Rita Cruise or similar overnight cruise.

Day 6: Return to Hanoi
- Option A (Ha Long Bay): Morning visit to Luon Cave by kayak or wooden boat. Enjoy brunch onboard before returning to the harbor.
- Option B (Lan Ha Bay): Enjoy sunrise photography and brunch onboard before heading back to Tuan Chau Harbor.
- Transfer back to Hanoi. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, and enjoy free time in the Old Quarter.

Day 7: Fly to Ho Chi Minh City

Day 8: Cu Chi Tunnels & Water Bus Ride
- Morning excursion to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels network.
- Later, return to the city and experience a local Water Bus ride.

Day 9: Departure
- After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

What Your Tour Price Excludes

- Additional airfare charges due to fuel price updates or government regulation changes after 1 November 2025.

Important Terms & Conditions
- TCS Regulation: Tax Collection at Source (TCS) at a rate of 2% will be levied under section 394(1) of the Income Tax Act, 2025 on outbound tours. This will reflect in Form 168 of the I.T. Rules 2026 and is non-refundable by the tour operator in case of cancellations.
- Payment Deadlines: For Vietnam tours, a booking deposit of INR 50,000 per person is standard. 50% of the tour cost must be cleared 60 days prior to departure, and 100% must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- Cancellation Policies: Standard normal cancellations for South East Asia tours incur a 50% charge if cancelled 46 days or more before departure, scaling up to 100% if cancelled within 0 to 7 days of departure.
- Hotel Policies: Hotels are typically located on the outskirts or near the airport rather than downtown. Triple rooms usually feature a roll-away bed. International hotels may request a refundable security deposit via credit card or cash upon check-in.
- Coach Rules: Eating, drinking, and utilizing the onboard toilets are strictly prohibited inside the tour coaches. Luggage is restricted to one check-in bag and one hand bag per traveler due to boot space constraints.
