Important Things to Note
Hilly Terrain Note : AC is typically switched off during hilly drives. Most rooms in hilly regions are provided as Non-AC; AC rooms may involve extra charges.
- Identification : Valid photo ID (Passport/Voter ID/DL/Aadhar) is mandatory; PAN cards are not accepted.
- Weather : Expect light showers anytime in Himachal; carry pullovers or light jackets.
- Water/Electricity : In remote hilly areas, hotels may follow a fixed schedule for hot and cold water due to scarcity.
- National Parks : Usually closed from mid-June to mid-November.
- Sightseeing : No refunds are provided for missed or uncovered sightseeing points.
