Hotel Details

· Accommodation on Double sharing basis in standard/base category unless specified.

· Meal Plan as mentioned MAP- Breakfast & Dinner

· All transfers and sightseeing by 16 seater A/c Urbania (Please note that AC will be switched off during hills)

· All toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances.

· Assured Travel Insurance up to 70 Yrs. Of Age (up to 60 years of age for Nepal, Sri-Lanka & Bhutan)

· Any Air or Rail fare.

· Any other meal not mentioned in price includes.

· Any other destination not mentioned in itinerary.

· Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, safari, cable car ride, guide charges.

· Rates and availability is dynamic specially for festival period, long weekend, X-mas and New year period (20 Dec to 10 Jan)

· Many regions do not have star category hotels. Generally there isn’t any star categorization in this sector, however the same is demarcated as per prices and put into slabs of 2*/ 3*/ 4*or STD/ DLX/ PRM or equivalent.

· Packages are based on base category rooms, irrespective of the Hotel category opted. · Quote is based on Non-Ac Rooms on Hills.

· A/C in Vehicle will be switch off during hilly drive.

· All trips/sightseeing are subject to timer permit, climatic conditions and Govt. Guidelines. · All distances / travel time is approx.

· All inclusions and terms & conditions are as per the Booking Form / T & C.

· All hotels offered are subject to current availability. Should the same not be available at the time of your final booking, we will arrange to provide a similar category hotel.
Specific hotel/vehicle type requests are purely subject to availability.

· All D-15 /peak /festive bookings are subject to availability & supplements may be charged in the case of up gradation of hotels/vehicle. Itinerary may be re-routed to obtain availability of hotels as per dates. Information on Supplementary cost if any can be shared once the availability is confirmed.

· Any special requests/ VVIP status / Meal requirements etc. need to be communicated during the booking handover its self.

· Cruise /Boat ride /Helicopter/ferry tickets / Safaris are subject to availability.

· While we takes extreme care to ensure all your sightseeing and excursions are not on holidays / closed dates but due to the itinerary / sudden changes… it sometimes becomes unavoidable. We will make every possible attempt to arrange for alternate sightseeing and excursions on such days. However no refund will be provided as such events are beyond our control.
